Open Enrollment 2026 

Open Enrollment is your annual opportunity to make changes to your Tallahassee State College and State Group Insurance coverage.

Open Enrollment begins at 8 a.m. ET, Monday, Oct. 13, and ends at 6 p.m. ET, Friday, Oct. 31, 2025. 

  • Tallahassee State College Open Enrollment through Workday.  
    • This is the time to make changes to you TSC benefits.  If no changes are being made, we will "roll" your current benefits to the next year.
  • People First Open Enrollment through People First website.  
    • You can make changes, add or remove benefits, etc.  
    • If you're electing FSA, you must log in and make the election. This will not roll to the next plan year.
    • If you are not changing any benefits (with the exception of FSA), your benefits will roll without you having to log in.
    • The State of Florida will have a new life insurance provider. During Open Enrollment, all employees will need to reenroll their beneficiaries with the new provider.

  • Tallahassee State College Benefit Fair:  October 8th, 2025 9AM - 3PM  Workforce Development Rom 105.  
    • This is our annual benefit fair and a great opportunity to meet many of our vendors and explore a variety of benefits and resources available to you.

  • State of Florida Benefit Fair:  October 15th, 2025 9AM - 2PM  Student Union Ballroom  
    • We are delighted to host the State of Florida Benefit Fair  again this year for Open Enrollment.  Vendors will be here for all benefits available to you from the State Group Insurance Program.
