In this section:Candice Grause, Vice President
Candice Grause is the Vice President for Communications and Chief of Staff at Tallahassee State College, located in the capital city of Tallahassee, Florida. In her current role, she oversees the Communications and Marketing office and serves as a key member of the College’s leadership team, working closely with the president on college-wide initiatives as well as external community and government relations efforts.
Before being appointed Vice President in 2022 and Chief of Staff in 2018, she served in the Office of Communications and Marketing at TSC in consecutive and progressively responsible roles for nearly a decade. Prior to that, she worked in the private sector in insurance and risk management.
Among Grause’s awards and distinctions, she received the Rising Star Award by the National Council for Marketing & Public Relations (NCMPR), recognizing leadership as a communications professional at a two-year community or technical college.
In addition to being a TSC alum, Grause earned a Bachelor of Arts in Editing, Writing, and Media from Florida State University and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Central Florida.
Amanda Clements, Director of Strategic Communications
Native Tallahasseean and graduate of Florida State University, Amanda Clements joined the Office of Communications and Marketing in 2021. As Director of Strategic Communications, she is responsible for College-wide communications, media relations, social media, and video production services. Her career has included positions at Cumulus Broadcasting, VISIT FLORIDA, United Way of the Big Bend, and Coton Colors. She is a past president of the Junior League of Tallahassee, a graduate of Leadership Tallahassee, and was named one of the 25 Women You Need to Know by Tallahassee Democrat.
At TSC, she is a member of the President’s Leadership Institute (Class 3 – Best Class Ever) and a recipient of the NISOD Excellence Award (2023). Amanda has a special place in her heart for TSC, as her parents met here.
Taylor Pratt, Strategic Communications Specialist
A recent graduate of Florida State University, Taylor began her communications career working for luxury hospitality brands. She joined the Office of Communications and Marketing in 2023. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, cooking, and teaching her cat, Cali, tricks.
Chloe Schwipper, Multimedia Operations and Production Specialist
Having graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Digital Media Production, Chloe joined the Office of Communications and Marketing in 2024. Her career has included past roles in social media management, website design, live sports broadcasting, and customer service. She pursues her love of content creation through creative outlets such as video production, photography, graphic design, and art. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, exploring nature, playing with her two rescue dogs, and spending time with her loved ones.
Ali Enriquez, Video/Multimedia Producer
Originally from South Florida, Ali moved to Tallahassee in 2016 to attend Florida State, where she earned a degree in digital media production. Ali enjoys exploring nearby hiking trails, kayaking in Wakulla, and pursuing her love of photography and videography.
Jarred Stewart, Graphic Designer
Jarred Alexander Stewart possesses an artistic gift that led him to pursue interests in graphic design, music, and other forms of creative expression. Jarred is a Tallahassee native and a proud graduate of Full Sail University, where he obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Graphic Design. Jarred has worked with many organizations, such as The Riley House Museum, FAMU, FSU, Phi Mu Alpha Music Fraternity, Reach One Youth Organization, EDGE Academy Christian School, Raa Middle School, and many more. In his free time, Jarred enjoys cooking, exercising, and enjoying his family and close friends.
Calvin Cheung, Graphic Designer
Calvin is an alum of Santa Fe College and recently earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Digital Arts and Science from the University of Florida. Passionate about art and technology, he is always on the lookout to improve his skills for his craft. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, repairing electronics, and spending quality time with his pets.
Caitlin Bradbury, Digital Communications Specialist
Caitlin, a Tallahassee native, is a graduate of TSC and FSU where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing. She began working at TSC in 2018 as an OPS in the Library and joined the Communications and Marketing team in 2021. In her current role, Caitlin manages TSC's website and digital marketing campaigns. In her free time, she volunteers at the Tallahassee Museum.
David Earley, Communications Assistant
David Earley is a homeschool graduate and former TSC dual enrolled student who is now pursuing a youth ministry degree online from the Baptist University of Florida. He has always enjoyed tinkering and creating things with technology and that led him to the world of video production. He uses that love of tech to assist in recording and editing videos for TSC's social media platforms. In his free time he enjoys playing the trumpet in his church's orchestra and serving as a kids counselor at a local Christian camp.
Isabella Rios, Marketing Assistant
Bella originally joined the Office of Communications and Marketing as an extern during her senior year of high school. On campus, she is a part of Aspire Honors and Student Government Association. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with loved ones, and supporting local businesses.
