The Institute for Nonprofit Innovation and Excellence (INIE) is a management support organization founded in 2014 to enhance the capacity and leadership of the nonprofit industry through advocacy, education and engagement.

Emerging Eagles (Fostering Achievement Fellowship Program) was established to address the overwhelming need for a comprehensive support structure to assist foster youth in making the transition from a structured foster care program to independent young adulthood.

Florida Veterans to Teachers helps guide current and former military personnel and their spouses who want to transition into the teaching profession at the K-12 level.

In accordance with the national organization, Tallahassee State College holds an annual celebration during which 10 community women and five current TSC female students are recognized for their outstanding leadership skills as well as their service to the community.
