Tallahassee Community College is proud to announce the 2023 Eyrie, the College’s student art and literary magazine, won second place for the Best Magazine Award in the Southern Region annual competition of the Community College Humanities Association.
The Eyrie is an annual publication showcasing students' creative writing, art, and photography. It was first published in 1982. The publication is distributed for free to all College personnel and students upon request. The 2023 magazine was produced by a team of seven TCC students and advised by Professor Nicolette Costantino. The magazine can be viewed here.
“I am very proud of the student team that earned the magazine this high recognition,” said Professor Nicolette Costantino. “It is an honor to be able to support them in their creative process.”
Students may submit up to three pieces of work per category for the 2024 publication through January 14, 2024 here. Students with a passion for art, design, writing, and/or proofreading and editing are encouraged to register for the Literary Magazine Production (JOU 2440L) class offered during the spring semester.
