Tallahassee State College (TSC) is proud to announce that Amany Hilario, a first-generation college student and the newly elected President of the TSC Student Government Association (SGA), has also been selected to serve as President of the Florida College System Student Government Association (FCSSGA) for 2025–26.
In this prestigious statewide role, Hilario will represent more than 650,000 students across all 28 colleges within the Florida College System. His election to this post reflects his longstanding dedication to leadership, advocacy, and student empowerment.
Hilario’s passion for serving others began during his time at John I. Leonard High School in West Palm Beach, Florida, where he served as class president. Since enrolling at Tallahassee State College, he has distinguished himself as a student leader, earning placement on the President’s List and previously serving as the Senator of Campus Safety and Facilities within TSC’s SGA. Hilario’s selection marks another proud moment for Tallahassee State College, affirming the college’s commitment to developing future leaders who inspire positive change both on campus and beyond.
After graduating from TSC, Hilario plans to continue his education at Florida A&M University, where he will pursue a bachelor's degree in political science. His ultimate ambition is to attend Florida State University College of Law.
