Boot Camp FAQs
What is Boot Camp?
Boot Camp is an event hosted by the TSC Learning Commons each Fall and Spring semester to help students get a head start on their classes. Students will learn everything they need to know for the first day/week of class along with a preview of upcoming assignments and expectations.
Students will also learn more about campus resources available to assist them with classes.
When is Boot Camp offered?
Friday, August 15th
11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. | Learning Commons
Saturday, August 16th

How many Boot Camp sessions can I attend per hour?
You may attend one course-related boot camp per hour. Sessions begin each hour to allow enough time for content and Q&A.
Sessions such as the Student Success Boot Camp and Technology Q&A are available at any time.
There are multiple times and dates listed. Do I need to attend them all?
You do not need to attend each session. If you are interested in previewing multiple classes then you may need to attend more than one session.
Is Boot Camp required?
No. Boot Camp is a voluntary event. It is not required.
