Dr. Kim Manning Dr. Manning currently serves as the Interim Director for TSC Online at Tallahassee State College. In this role of interim director, she supervises the day-to-day operation of the TSC Online office. She supports the staff while working to provide strategic direction on the goals and activities of the department related to the program learning outcomes. Dr. Manning received her Doctorate in Education from Capella University. |

Judith Reymond (she/her) Judith is an instructional designer and has been an adjunct professor at several colleges, teaching courses in instructional design, learning and technology. Her areas of particular interest include student motivation and making instruction accessible to a diverse student population. Judith holds a master’s degree from Florida State University in instructional systems design, and bachelor’s degrees in psychology and biology. She is currently completing a post-graduate certificate program in online teaching and learning at FSU. |

Hannah Chang (she/her) Hannah Chang serves as an instructional designer at TSC Online. She endeavors to integrate educational principles and diverse technologies to design and develop interactive and effective instructional materials and activities, aiming to enhance student’s learning experiences. She holds a Master’s degree in Instructional Design and Learning Technology from Florida State University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Biological Engineering. Beyond her work, she finds joy in exploring new destinations through travel. Traveling helps her to open up a world of endless possibilities and discoveries. |

Ananya T.G. Ananya T.G. is an instructional designer at TSC Online, bringing her passion for education and technology to the team. She is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Instructional Systems and Learning Technologies at Florida State University. She has also completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources. Beyond academics, she finds joy in exploring new places and cuisines, embodying a spirit of curiosity and adventure. |

O.J. Edwards O.J. is a digital media specialist at TSC Online. He enjoys creating videos that engage his audience and support positive learning experiences. Among his many other skills, he enjoys photography, videography, and designing impactful graphics. Coming from South Georgia, O.J. has a B.S. in Mass Media. When he's not in the office, O.J. likes to spend his free time drawing. |

Helen Maxwell Helen, affectionately known as Miss Helen around campus, is passionate about helping students feel welcomed and a part of the TSC community. As an Administrative Assistant, she has worked across several divisions on campus, gaining valuable experience. In her current role with the Computer Technology (CT) department, Helen has found the perfect balance between her love for assisting students and her expertise in computer programs. |

Nicholas Jakes Nicholas Jakes is a Staff Assistant in the OPS department at TSC Online. He is currently pursuing a major in Digital Media at TSC and plans to continue his studies at a four-year institution after graduation. Nicholas is known for his open-minded approach and passion for creativity. In his role, Nicholas specializes in video editing using Camtasia Studio, generating text-to-speech content with Articulate, and editing video captions with Kaltura. Outside of work, he enjoys weightlifting, listening to music, and cooking.
