Request an Official Transcript or Digital Copy of Your Diploma

TSC has partnered with Parchment to provide online transcript and digital diploma ordering services.

Order Credentials from Parchment

Note: All official transcripts must be requested using Parchment, and not submitted to TSC. TSC does not charge a fee for transcripts and is in accordance with F.S. 1009.26 (17a)-Waiver of Transcript Fee for Active Duty Military, Honorably Discharged Veterans, Spouse and Dependents. However, Parchment does charge a small processing and handling fee, and all payments are made directly to Parchment. The fees charged by Parchment are not covered by F.S. 1009.26(17a). No cash, check, or money order should be sent to TSC.

The best first step is to log into your Parchment account, then visit the Parchment Help Center, where you can find answers to frequently asked questions and articles to Support your needs. From the Parchment Help Center, you can submit a web case for support or contact a Learner Support Representative for assistance. The Support Team is available M-F. 8am-8pm EST.

Request an Unofficial Transcript

Students that are active students in Workday can request a copy of their unofficial transcript from their TSC Workday account: 

  1. Log into Workday
  2. On the left side of your Workday dashboard, click menu at the top
  3. Select the Academic and Advising Hub from your list of apps
  4. Under Suggested Links on the left side of the page, click "Generate Unofficial Transcript."
  5. Follow prompts 

Request a Diploma Reprint

If you need a paper copy or reprint of your diploma, you can email studentaffairs@tsc.fl.edu to request a print at no charge. 

In your request, please include:

  • Your name (while you attended TSC)
  • Your birth date
  • Your approximate year of graduation
  • Your mailing address (unless you want to pick up your diploma from the Student Affairs office)
