Culture of C.A.R.E.

TSC’s comprehensive student services model is called C.A.R.E and focuses on four key areas that impact student learning and success.  These four areas define how we design, deliver, and evaluate our services, supports, and engagement in Student Affairs. 

• Connections:  Early, intentional, and embedded experiences from interest in TSC to graduation to help students feel welcome and that they belong
• Academics: Clear academic pathways that ensure learning is occurring through academic maps, early alerts, and personalized career and academic advising
• Resources: Comprehensive services and supports to help remove academic and life barriers that might impact success
• Engagement: Social and academic opportunities to get engaged with peers and employees to help enrich the college experience
