Margaret Bowman Driven by a tenacious pursuit of continuous improvement and service excellence, Margaret strives to instill a sense of belonging in students and confidence in the transfer process for students and their families. Margaret has over 25 years of experience in Florida’s K-20 system. She received a B.S. in English Education and Mass Communications from the University of South Florida and a M.S. in Adult Education from Florida State University. In her spare time, she enjoys all things outdoors, including camping, hiking, biking, and boating. |

Dr. Jennifer Carr Dr. Jennifer Carr is the Dean of Student Services at TSC. She holds a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership with a minor in Conflict Resolution from Nova Southeastern University, an MS in Human Resource Counseling, and a BS in Applied Science-Social Work. Over her 20-year career, Dr. Carr has served as the Associate Provost at St Pete College, Director of Academic Advising and Disability Resources at Hillsborough Community College, Director of Student Development at Craven Community College, Director of MBA -Evening Program at Arizona State University and many other positions at the University of South Florida and an HBCU, Clinton College. |

Christen Givens Christen Givens serves as the Dean of Enrollment Services at TSC. After graduating from Troy University with a Master’s degree in Counseling and Psychology, Givens began working in higher education. She has worked in Workforce Development and Student Affairs for the past 18 years. She leads the Admissions and Records team, as well as the Enrollment Call Center to increase new student enrollment, redesign the student experience, and oversee degrees for students. She serves on the Strategic Enrollment Management Team, the ASPIRE Capital Region Advisory Committee, and leads the recruiting team. Christen is the recipient of the 2019 TSC Eagle Award and 2022 NISOD Excellence Award. |

Pamela Johnston Pam comes to TSC with 35 years of higher education experience in Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, as well as having been a faculty member at various institutions. Pam earned her B.S. degree from Bridgewater State University in Exercise Science and her Ed.M. in Education from Boston University. When not at work, Pam is an avid college sports fan, and animal lover and keeps horses, cats, dogs, and Bubba the donkey. |

Tammy Kinsey Tammy Kinsey has worked at TSC since 1984. First as an OPS in the reading lab and as a notetaker for students with disabilities while a student herself and then as a full-time clerk typist in the Social Sciences division. Tammy has served TSC as the Assistant to the Director of Student Success (now the Advising Department), the Assistant to the Dean of Enrollment Management and Assistant to the College Registrar, and is now the Director of the Enrollment Call Center. She received her A.A. from TSC and has a Bachelor of Arts in English with an emphasis in Business and a Master of Science in English Education, both from FSU. When not at work, Tammy enjoys camping, gardening, and reading historical fiction. |

Troy Mahler Troy has over 15 years of higher education experience helping students meet their educational goals. After earning his A.A. degree from TSC, Troy earned his B.S. and M.S. degrees from FSU. Outside of work, Troy plays tuba with the Lofty Pursuits Community Marching Band, serves on the Board of Directors for the FSU Marching Chiefs Alumni, and is an entrepreneur. |

Emily Micik Emily Micik has 12 years of academic and career advising, upper-division transfer admissions, recruitment, and marketing experience. Emily has also taught first-time-in-college students as an adjunct instructor for Student Life Skills. Emily’s primary career focus is assisting students with discovering their “why” and helping them chart a path to achieving their education and career goals. Emily earned an A.A. degree from TSC, a B.A. degree in Business Administration from Flagler College, and M.Ed. in Higher Education from Penn State University. When not at work, Emily loves to spend time outdoors, traveling, and taking care of (aka spoiling) her horse, Raisin. |

Chuck Moore Chuck Moore started his tenure as TSC's Director of Athletics on December 1, 2021. Moore was previously the Director of Athletics and Head Men's Basketball Coach at Richard Bland (Va.) College. Moore led Richard Bland to an overall record of 30-6 during 2016-17. Moore is a graduate of Christopher Newport University and earned a Master's in Sports Management from American Public University. Moore is also the proud father of his son Trey and loves spending time with his new pup Charis. |

Michelle Peddie K. Michelle Peddie is the Director of Recruiting and Admissions for TCC with over thirty years of experience in education. An alumnus of TCC, she went on to receive her Bachelor of Science in English Education and Master of Science in Educational Leadership & Administration from FSU. Michelle’s experiences include working with the Florida Department of Education as an English Content Assessment Specialist as well as a Project Manager. She has served as a high school principal at K-12 schools in Florida and California. Michelle is the mother of four grown children and grandmother to seven grandchildren. |

Dr. Sheri Rowland Dr. Sheri L. Rowland has more than 27 years of experience in higher education enrollment and student affairs. Her core competencies include enrollment management, student services, research, and project management. Sheri served over three years in the University of Georgia system, serving as the Vice President for Enrollment Management and the Assistant Provost for Student Success during a consolidation and a SACSCOC-level change. In 2016, Sheri returned to TSC, where she currently serves as the Vice President for Student Affairs. Sheri earned a Doctorate in Higher Education from FSU (2003), a Master of Arts in Psychological Counseling from Southeast Missouri State University (1992), and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Southeast Missouri State University (1990). |
